I set up Fidelity Logistics Limited and started working as an agency driver for a very well known supermarket chain. Delivering full refrigerated loads to supermarkets, even when the car parks are full.
I also expanded to set up Trucklumi.eu, which supplies commercial vehicle lighting products to end users and major international supply chains.

After joining the RAF, I completed advanced driver training and had deployments across the globe, taking on some great roles in the process. Here’s a list of my most memorable experiences:
- Falkland Islands – Commander of the British Forces Driver
- Qatar – Shift Runner (Passenger and Crew Movements)
- Kuwait – Coach Driver (Operational Passenger Movements)
- USA – Aircraft Refueling (Tornado Training)
- Afghanistan – Restricted Areas Manager, Battlefield Ambulance Driver and undisclosable Special Forces work.
- Cyprus – Shift Runner (All Airfield Services, Passenger and Aircrew management).

I studied Public Services as a stepping stone and preparation to join the Royal Air Force. I had 6 years of Air Cadets, so to go into the RAF was a no brainer.

This was a job that I greatly enjoyed. The fast paced deployment aspect, along with the required daily problem solving of complex and important issues kept me going at full steam. I got to travel and see the world, meet new people and take on highly responsible roles. I left in an honourable discharge after my 9 year contract expired and with 3 medals.

Whilst preparing for civilian life, I obtained some advanced certificates in IT and Office software in order to make myself more employable to a potential employer. I already had this knowledge, but no formal qualifications to back them up.

I joined The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation (CILT) in 2016 and was immediately elevated to an approved member (being able to use the MILT post-nominals) due to my military management experience.
I’m nearing the end of a Level 5 Professional Diploma which is the equivalent of a foundation degree or HND. After that I will be pursueing both management CPC’s and some shorter courses from CILT.
